Company Stability

Caring Matters Home Care Lancaster opened its doors for business on April 1, 2013. Starting out as a true home-based business, it began with the thought that “caring really does matter.”

With Judy Grillo and Lynne O’Connor at the helm, the company has grown to encompass six counties and now employs over 500 caregivers. In a few short years, Caring Matters Home Care has become an employer of choice for caregivers.

Flexible Hours

We offer the stability of an established company with clients throughout a six county area. We offer the flexibility of regular full-time hours on a variety of shifts, part-time, or even occasional on-call work.

We work with our caregivers to make sure we are sensitive to their scheduling needs.

Is in-home caregiving the right career for you?

In-home caregivers enable patients to stay in their homes by monitoring and recording patient condition. They also provide support and personal services such as the following:

  • Providing light housekeeping and laundry service.
  • Shopping for food and other household requirements.
  • Preparing and serving meals and snacks.
  • Running errands.
  • Taking clients to appointments.
  • Assisting clients by providing personal services, such as, bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Helping clients care for themselves by helping them use a cane or walker, special utensils to eat, special techniques and equipment for personal hygiene.
  • Maintaining a safe, secure, and healthy patient environment.
