Company Stability

Caring Matters Home Care Lancaster opened its doors for business on April 1, 2013. Starting out as a true home-based business, it began with the thought that “caring really does matter.”

With Judy Grillo and Lynne O’Connor at the helm, the company has grown to encompass six counties and now employs over 500 caregivers. In a few short years, Caring Matters Home Care has become an employer of choice for caregivers.

Flexible Hours

We offer the stability of an established company with clients throughout a six county area. We offer the flexibility of regular full-time hours on a variety of shifts, part-time, or even occasional on-call work.

We work with our caregivers to make sure we are sensitive to their scheduling needs.

Why work here?

I enjoy the flexibility of my on-call schedule. There is always work available when I need it.

The staff at Caring Matters has always called me back. I never had to sit and wait for a call back. They keep me informed.

I like that the staff is friendly and makes me feel like a part of things.

My clients are the best!

I know I’m making a difference in the lives of people.

I knew they were going to be different from the other companies from the first time I applied. The staff was polite and were able to get me work when I needed it.
